We are no longer giving estimates over the phone, text, or email. We will, however, give confirmation of interest.

If you're planning to walk-in, please call or text us to confirm a buyer is in-store!

• Submit Photos for Interest Confirmation:
  Optional - You can send photos of your items via text, (503) 930-5682, or email, luxexpdx@gmail.com, and we'll give you a yes/no answer regarding our interest! Must be photos of your specific item - no stock photos. The final price will be determined upon an in-person inspection.
• In-Store Drop-off Before 3 PM:
  Ensure the bag is in-store before 3 PM, as our authentication service concludes soon after that time for the day. You're welcome to drop off item after 3 PM, and payouts will be processed on the following business day.
• $40 Refundable Authentication Deposit:
  Should you choose to sell the bag, a $40 authentication deposit is required. This deposit is fully refundable upon confirmation of the bag's authenticity. Please note that we do not accept American Express or ApplePay for the deposit.
• Quick Authentication Process:
  Our authentication process typically takes about an hour. Feel free to stay in-store during this time or run errands, as we understand waiting might not be convenient for everyone.
• ID Requirement and Cash Payout:
  A valid ID will be required to sell your bag, ensuring a secure and transparent transaction. Once the bag is confirmed authentic, we'll promptly pay you in cash.
