  • Items must be in same condition as time-of-purchase, with all accessories included and tags attached.

  • We'll send you a complementary return shipping label and will re-authenticate your product upon receipt at no cost.

  • We offer 70% of your bag's value in store credit or 50% debited back you via PayPal within 3-5 business days.

  • Items found to be in lesser condition than time-of-purchase may be eligible for buy-back at the current re-sale market value at the discretion of The Luxury Exchange PDX.

  • Jewelry, watches, certain accessories, Layaways, and Last Chance products are not currently eligible for buy-back. Customers are encouraged to check-in with our store team to confirm product buy-back eligibility
