I found this place on a whim while visiting downtown Portland. I will now make this my must visit any time I am back! The ladies there were so helpful and I brought me a few pieces that were in amazing condition.

Delores wasted an hour and a half of my time today being unable to verify the authenticity of my item after having me wait around she told me she needed to use another service which could take a day or so, wouldn't suggest taking anything here

Came here on a whim and then left with a pair of shoes that have been on my wishlist. They have been here for around 3 years and my only regret is not finding out about them sooner! Really friendly staff, good selection, and very reasonable prices. Will definitely come back!
If I could give them a negative score I would BUYERS BE AWARE!! my friend got a watch from luxury exchange two years ago and just found out that it was fake! The sales person said it was real the only thing that was real was it was really fake! He called them to tell them and instead of making it right they told him it's to late. He even bought a couple of Louis Vuitton items from them that were supposedly real and they authenticated them themselves. Obviously don't take there word for it they either don't know what they are doing or they are in the business of scamming people. Which I believe they are in the business of scamming people and if there not in the business of scamming people HIRE PEOPLE THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
