Shipping & In-Store Pickup & Returns
Shipping
- We offer complimentary insured FedEx Ground® Economy shipping (3–7 business days) on all qualifying orders over $1,000 within the contiguous United States.
- For orders under $1,000, flat-rate insured shipping is available for $25.
- FedEx Home Delivery® (3 - 7 business days) and FedEx 2Day® (2 business days) are available for expedited service or service to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional fee.
- All orders are mailed out with insurance. Additional insurance may be available for purchase upon request.
- At this time, we are not able to offer international shipping.
- All shipping times are estimates and are subject to change.
- Orders are typically processed 1-3 business days after your order is placed.
- Orders placed on Friday after 12pm PT / 3pm ET will process the following Monday.
- We do not ship on the weekends or US federal holidays.
- During promotional events, processing times may increase due to demand.
- Items from your order may arrive in multiple packages. You will only be charged one shipping fee for upgraded shipments that are split.
In-Store Pickup
- Orders selected for in-store pickup will be held for 5 business days after customers receive notification that their order is ready for pickup.
- To help ensure a smooth pickup experience, customers will receive reminder communications if an order remains uncollected.
- If an order is not collected within the 5-business-day holding period and we are unable to reach the customer, The Luxury Exchange PDX reserves the right to cancel the order and return the item to inventory.
- If additional pickup time is needed, please contact us before the holding period expires and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
