Buy-Back Program

Don't completely love your bag? Your purchase may be eligible for our Buy-Back Program.

Products are eligible for the Buy-Back program within 90 days of purchase. Items must be in same condition as time-of-purchase, with all accessories included and tags attached. We offer 70% of your bag's value in store credit or 50% debited back you via PayPal within 3-5 business days. Items found to be in lesser condition than time-of-purchase may be eligible for buy-back at the current re-sale market value at the discretion of The Luxury Exchange PDX. Jewelry, watches, and certain accessories are not currently eligible for buy-back.
