In-Store Layaway
An exclusive layaway offer for in-store customers.

A ten percent (10%) non-refundable deposit is required as a down payment on all in-store layaway purchases.

Layaways automatically expire after 10 months. Customer is not entitled to a refund in exchange for defaulting.

Late payments result in a forfeiture of item and all monies attributed toward item

Layaway payments are due in increments of at least nine percent (9%) of the sales price, due on the same date each month.
Payments may be made in person or via our in-store POS app.

In the event that the layaway is current and the customer chooses to cancel, the remainder of the deposit monies - less a fee of 20% of the original purchase price for full-priced items, or 40% for sale, clearance, or promotional items - will be issued as store credit.
Store credit will expire one year from the date of cancellation.

Customer initiating Layaway must be the same person finalizing Layaway.
A picture ID is required for all in-store Layaways, pickups and store credit.
